Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. In case of impossibility of repair, you can receive a price reduction. Damaged or missing products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. For more details, consult the warranty certificate.

You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Description
Setup menu operationPress and hold the L and S keys at the same time for about 3 seconds. After entering the configuration menu, use the L or S key to select the option that needs to be changed. When the setting to be changed is flashing, use the L or S key to change the setting. When you are satisfied with the current settings, press the clock button to confirm and save. There are three settings in the setting menu: voltage memory mode 246, time setting, and voltage adjustment setting.Micro control-precise adjustmentThe built-in 2A protection overload current protection has a longer life. Use the up and down arrows to press i to fine-tune the voltage. The default is 0.1V. You can also change the value in the setting menu. There are 0.1V 0.2V 0.5V to choose from. When the voltage is changed, even if the power is off , The power supply will also save this voltage settingTimingThe timer button has 4 functions: start, pause, resume, reset1. When the stopwatch needs timing, press the button to start timing2. When the stopwatch is timing, press this button to stop this timing;3. Long press the button for 3 seconds, the stopwatch will be cleared.4. When the power supply is in sleep mode, the stopwatch cannot time.
Foot pedal intermittent functionLong press the L or S button for 3 seconds, and "-C" appears in the locked mode. The machine will work continuously, without having to step on the pedal all the time.
Auto sleep modeWhen the power supply is not working for 5 minutes, the LCD screen will automatically power off. If you need to continue working, please press any key to save power.
