Guarantee

Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Product Returns

You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.

Products exempt from return:

Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.

Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Mikrozid Sensitive Wipes – disinfectant wipes, ready to use, impregnated in an alcohol-free cleaning solution

Instructions for use:

     Any visible traces of dirt are removed before disinfection
     Wipe the surface completely with the impregnated napkin and wait until it takes effect

     When it is opened for the first time, it is checked whether all hygiene conditions are met
     The correct closing of the lid after use is ensured
