Product Returns

You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.

Products exempt from return:

Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.

Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Instructions for use

Thoroughly wipe the surface with the cloth and allow the active ingredient solution to take effect. Ensure complete wetting of the surfaces. Ensure that all visible soiling has been removed prior to disinfection. Only treat small areas. The wiping range depends on the room temperature and the structure of the surfaces to be disinfected. Observe hygiene aspects when opening the softpack. Ensure that the lid is closed after use. In the case of adenovirus and Mycobacterium tuberculosis, the surface should be kept wet during the entire contact time. For professional use only. Any serious incidents related to the product are to be reported to the manufacturer and competent authority. Not for final disinfection of semicritical and critical medical devices! The product can also be used without gloves, if allowed by infection protection and occupational safety standards.
